Client Servicing Process:
Each client and project is unique, but most projects will entail the following steps:
- An Account Executive is appointed from AM Radio/MOSI to remain the primary contact for the client.
- The complete design and marketing is established and meets with the client to asses project goals. The team will reflect the needs of each stage of the campaign's development.
- Any supplementary team members who may be required will be assigned based on the needs of the project
- Lines of communication and obligations between all parties are clarified through preparing a Project Management Manual.
- Systematic analysis and discussion leads to preparation of a Project Design Brief.
- A Fee Proposal, including estimated hours and production costs, is developed and submitted based on the job request.
- Client approval of the fee proposal.
- The contract is administered to maintain quality and cost control with regular reporting to the client through the appointed account executive.
- Job execution includes weekly status reports on the job status between. Account Executive notifies client when 50% the estimated time has been used and maintains the status on the account.
- Upon completion of project, a follow up meeting is scheduled to provide feedback and evaluation.
